Fightmilk

Ah, Fightmilk from London report for Christmas duty. The quartet, who mostly play jinglejangle indie rock but add synths, beats and comedy (yes) too, released their first seasonal single in 2016. Then, an EP followed (with beats and comedy), and now there's a very cool, 80s referring new wave-ish 'sad banger' that warms the coal in our stocking. 'It's a song about how you're meant to feel at Christmas compared to how you actually do, with added sleighbells!'

Still killer, from 2020:

Thanks to Randy/Hip Christmas, I can add the song Fightmilk's Lily made with Brutalligators:
