The Dutchies are doing pretty well again this year. Next up is the first Christmas single of Amsterdam based singer-songwriter Ro Halfhide, also producer and co-founder of the Amsterdam Songwriters Guild. His tune is about Christmas and how you can both love and hate it and he effortlessly sums up the disadvantages of Christmas that might just be the advantages for others.
Anyway, the track sounds cheerful, sunny, up-tempo and with great choirs. And thanks to the tasteful cover art, I'm now first heading for a good glass of Glühwein. It's that time of the year too. Insta over there.
